This association in an un-incorporated not for profit association. There is an appointed trustee/trustees who is the nominated Responsible Persons for the company. These people will be responsible for ensuring that it is solvent and well run and delivering the outcomes, and therefore liability associated under their personal name, ABN, PI insurance, accreditation and licence at this time. The association has a Code of Culture and will be managed similar to an incorporated association, your continued involvement in the group, is an agreement of abiding by the Code of Culture. A committee may be formed in the future with other Responsible People and members of the association body – those assisting with and directing or guiding the strategic direction of the association. By joining this group, you agree that all comments/advise/documents and information shared on this website by yourself, is the responsibility of the author, under your own personal liability, license and accreditation and insurance.
